    • The mind “training” that is done in steps and gradual is very often misunderstood as a gradual evolution of self-realization. Meditation and all the rest is but a preliminary preparation to tame the mind in order to allow self-realization to happen. Sri Nasargadatta Maharaj was such a gifted man. I really enjoy reading his words because he had such a precise way to express himself, similar to Jiddu Krishnamurti. Thank you for your comment! 🙂
